The Media Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the revenue generating efforts of the Executive Director of Media Sales and the broader media sales team. By supporting senior management and coordinating sales related activities within the company, the Media Sales Coordinator will contribute to achieving bottom line sales targets across Financial Standard’s multi-platform offering.

Collaboration with other departments is an expectation for the sales coordinator. A close working relationship with the Media & Client Success team is essential in efforts to ensure the timely management & execution of media bookings and out of the box requests. Providing assistance across weekly stat reporting may be required.

To ensure that sales and marketing activities are integrated, you will work closely with our marketing and events teams on an as needs basis. You will work with the Rainmaker Group more broadly to arrange for the production of presentations and supporting material, such as whitepapers papers, media decks or customer references, to assist the Executive Director of Media Sales to win business.

The sales coordinator maintains sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team. You will prepare reports as necessary to assist in internal reporting to the Group Managing Director and Office Manager. You will occasionally provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow.
