**The Role**

**Key Accountabilities**

Regulatory Compliance and Policy & Process Management
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulating and funding bodies -Conduct and lead regular internal audits, managing audit response plans and prepare for external audits and reviews - Maintain and update the organisation’s scope of registration - Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance documentation - Ensure all training and assessment strategies (TAS) are compliant, up to date and reflective of practises - Coordinate validation and moderation activities.

Leadership
- Provide training and support to other staff on compliance matters - Contribute to the Management Team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. This role may also have lead administration staff at various times.

**Requirements for the Role**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an RTO preferably in a compliance role
- Strong knowledge of ASQA, and the 2025 RTO Standards
- Experience with aXcelerate is preferred - or a similar student management system
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership experience
