About The Role
We are currently looking for a RTO Quality and Compliance Manager to play a lead role in ensuring our products and processes are of the highest quality for our staff and clients (students, Belgravia, funding bodies and Regulating body).
This full-time role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for ensuring we maintain full compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations, including those set by ASQA, the Standards for RTOs 2025, and NSW state-based funding bodies. This role combines hands-on compliance work with leadership responsibilities, undertaking internal audits, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will manage staff, conduct audits, develop policies and procedures, and maintain accurate student records using aXcelerate.
This role has flexible work arrangements with work from home options included.
This is a newly created National role, perfect for someone wanting to take ownership and make their mark on an upcoming RTO.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement and evaluate enhancements to our processes, systems, and products,
- Oversee and imbed RTO compliance requirements - partnering with our team for enhancements, and to meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead and participate in quality assurance processes.
- Oversea our Student Management system and ensure quality is maintained.
- Monitor funding and financial activity, reporting back to management
- Some staff management may be included.
Requirements
- Vocational qualifications in VET, auditing, or data analysis are preferred but not essential.
- Understanding and knowledge of the VET framework is essential, and we expect ongoing professional development in this area. Previous experience working in an RTO is essential.
- A strong focus on quality and systems and process improvement.
- Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong skills in organising.
- Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders, and influence peers.
- Experience with aXcelerate or similar student management system, and various state funding contracts would be an advantage.
