**Description**:
ConsMin are currently recruiting an experienced Team Lead for our Load & Haul department at our Woodie Mine site, working 14:7 FIFO ex Perth.

Reporting to the Supervisor Load and Haul, the successful applicant will be required:
Ensure compliance to daily plans and activities for the Load & Haul team
Communicate effectively with other department personnel in order to meet production goals
Identify manning requirements through the labour budgeting process, participate in interviewing and selection processes to build capacity in the Load & Haul team
Manage the performance of direct reports through the setting of key performance indicators (KPIs), training and development opportunities, succession plans and appropriate performance management
Coordinate and/or operator Load & Haul fleet which consists of predominantly Cat equipment i.e. Cat 6020B Excavators, Cat 992K Loaders, Cat 16M Graders, Cat D10t & 854K Dozers, 777/G Dump Trucks & 777F Water Carts.

**Requirements to be successful in this role are**:
Extensive experience as an Operator in an open pit mining environment specifically operating the above mentioned equipment
Supervisory experience in the mining production environment
Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures
Competent level of computer literacy, particularly MS office suite
Minimum C Drivers’ license

Applicants must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, provide a clean NPC (dated within the last 6 months (or able to obtain) and provide valid references.
