**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 years (preferred)

Work Eligibility:

- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (required)

**Salary**: From $28.00 - 30.00 per hour

**Key Responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Point of contact for incoming calls, transferring accordingly.
- Processing phone and online orders.
- Assisting to achieve KPIs.

Skills and Experience:

- Previous administration or sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Efficient general computer skills and the ability to quickly learn.
- Proficiency in English and have excellent communication skills, organisation skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be punctual, reliable, keep a tidy work area and be presentable at all times.
- Monday to Friday (8.30-4.30)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Counter sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
