Our Consumer Marketing team deliver rich campaign experiences, acknowledging customer’s choices to ensure that we remain at the forefront in our industry by delivering customer and revenue growth.

We currently have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Marketing Manager to execute our Consumer Marketing strategy working across a portfolio of consumer products. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, your focus will be planning and executing effective end to end campaigns driving acquisition and growth for the Superannuation, Managed Funds and Margin Lending portfolio.

This is a hands-on role requiring you to engage and partner cross-functionally with the in-house creative team and broader marketing teams, as well as internal business unit stakeholders. You will focus on developing insight driven, customer centric and impactful campaigns. and contribute to the development of the overall marketing function with continuous improvement ideas and knowledge sharing.

You’ll be part of a small collaborative team who are open, have a wealth of experience to share, like to have fun, and never hesitate to roll up their sleeves and support each other All your experience and creative ideas can be combined within a non-hierarchical, open-minded environment where you’ll be given ownership and licence to work independently and help shape the marketing strategy for the portfolio.

**This role can be based in the following locations**: Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you’ll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.

**As the Marketing Manager you will**:
Develop and execute campaigns for Superannuation and other wealth portfolio products that deliver results
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content and creative for marketing campaigns
Manage search and media requirements for the portfolio, including spend and performance metrics
Brief internal creative teams, and, at times, external agencies on requirements
Develop relevant analytics and reporting to measure performance of marketing campaign activities
Prepare and present regular campaign reports and insights to key stakeholders and senior management
Use best practice marketing, external thought, and methodologies in the development of innovative plans and activities
Constructively challenge the status quo and offer alternatives to stakeholders

**To be successful in the role, you'll have**:
A tertiary degree in Marketing or relevant related discipline
Significant previous experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Campaign Manager role preferably within banking, financial services, insurance, or superannuation industry
Proven capabilities developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including marketing via traditional and digital media, campaign automation, and paid search
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to lead marketing activity and campaigns
Demonstrated experience interpreting data, analysis and market research into actionable insights and post campaign reports
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand core business and marketing metrics
A deep understanding of core marketing concepts and sales strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to formally present to audiences at all levels
