Based in their Homebush office, you will be joining a diverse team of professionals and will assist the Talent Acquisition lead in driving the recruitment space & building a talent pool for current and future vacancies. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and curious thinker to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and to find new & innovative ways to attract talent in this market.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- End-to-end support of the Recruitment function including creating advertisements, phone screening & shortlisting.
- Conducting reference & background checks.
- Maintaining effective communication and correspondence with internal and external key stakeholders.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Prior experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition position.
- A creative and curious nature, with the ability to effectively problem solve.
- Tech Savvy and great with systems.
- A confident persona, with the capability to effectively manage client expectations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
