Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator - Construction Materials will be responsible for driving marketing outcomes for our construction materials brands.

In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and Business Development Manager to develop and execute a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness and promotes growth. You will execute this strategy alongside the specialist Group Marketing team.

In this role you would be expected to:

- Support the rebrand of our quarry, concrete and transport businesses
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy and schedule for the Construction Materials brands
- Build the profile of our Construction Materials brands and their capability, nurturing brand awareness with key audiences and in key markets utilising both digital and traditional communication channels, strategic sponsorships and industry partnerships
- Develop community engagement plans and manage local sponsorships and initiatives
- Support ongoing acquisitions and integrations from a marketing and branding perspective
- Undertake ongoing quantitative and qualitative research into our key markets and competitors
- Support Maas Group marketing where required including championing the Maas brand family.
