We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.

- We have an opportunity for an experienced** Project Administrator**to join our Confluence Water team, in a permanent full-time position located in our Chatswood office within a short walk from the train station..

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- This role will be covering the delivery of Project Administration Support to our Program Lead of Major Networks and Facilities and the associated Project team. The Project Assistant role is an integral part of this business..Previous experience in a similar role in the Construction Industry will be highly regarded but not essential. Ideally you would been involved in a buisness that is Project basis with significant workforce planning challenges that you will support.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a project administration role within a large organisation; preferably the construction industry.
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills including the methods to communicate information and ideas effectively and appropriately.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, able to analyse and select an appropriate solution from range of competing results.
- Demonstrate the confidence and flexibility to work under pressure and ability to work as a team member independently.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
