Program Scheduler

Canberra, Australia Zone IT Solutions Full time

We are looking for Program Scheduler to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of Program Scheduler experience gained in complex operating environments
- 5+ years’ experience in scheduling and planning of projects across large transformation programs
- Subject matter expertise using project management and planning tools such as P6 Primavera and MS Project supporting detailed project and program schedules
- Ideally, you will have good experience working in the public sector
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI (highly desirable)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage responses to sensitive and contentious issues and assess implications
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, consultation, reporting, and client relationship management skills
- Project Management certifications would be highly advantageous
- Experience in multiple project/program delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
