Location:

- Applicants will preferably perform the role in Canberra.

- Hybrid working arrangements (i.e., a combination of onsite attendance at an AEC office and remote working) will be considered.

Mandatory Criteria

- Demonstrated experience managing schedules within large-scale ICT projects or programs, using an Agile methodology.

- Experience and skilled in using Microsoft Project for scheduling.

- Experience and skilled in using Microsoft Azure DevOps.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate information to a range of audiences.

- Strong attention to detail and analysis and investigative skills, and the ability to gather information from a variety of sources, explore new ideas, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and any critical gaps.

- Experience effectively managing competing priorities, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.

- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.

- Proven ability to make sensitive and complex decisions using professional judgement within legislative parameters and delegated authority.

- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and to comply with relevant legislation and frameworks.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
