**The role**:
As the Dynamics 365 CE Practice Lead, you will provide strategic guidance to clients while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will also lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, driving technical excellence and continuous improvement across the practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Delivery -** Consult with customers to understand their business goals, requirements, and challenges related to digital transformation.
- Oversee technical project delivery in the most efficient way possible, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with service expectation
- **Team Leadership -**Manage and mentor a technical team and enable team growth.
- **Practice Development and Growth -**Grow the Dynamics practice through a combination of strategic onshore hires supported by an offshore engine room.
- Work with the pre-sales team to evaluate existing systems and scope proposed enhancements or modernisation strategies aligned with the business strategy, budget and roadmap.

**To achieve success, this role requires the follow competencies and experience**:

- Proven experience leading and managing teams of consultants within a Solutions Integrator, Managed Services Provider (MSP), or similar environment, including responsibility for performance management and team mentoring.
- Confidence in contributing to the presales process, both within your practice and across the broader Brennan Digital business.
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on software development experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Strong ability to develop and execute practice development plans, driving key initiatives to support growth and capability enhancement.
- Broad knowledge across Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including expertise in JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows.

**Note**:As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a Technical Assessment and National Criminal History Check.
