GRAM Engineering is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our office in Smithfield NSW. We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, is friendly and attentive, efficient, proactive at completing tasks and able to follow instructions.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the bookkeeping functions including but not limited to:

- Supplier invoices/payments
- Wages/ Payroll
- Weekly, Monthly & Yearly reporting
- Super payments
- Reconciliations
- PAYG & BAS Calculations and payment
- General office assistance where required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following experience and skills:

- 2+ years experience in the same or similar position.
- Experience in MYOB, EXO or XERO Accounting Software highly desirable.
- Tertiary education in accounting, bookkeeping or similar is ideal but not essential.
- Competency using the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
