**What’s a Digitisation Assistant?**

Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Canberra, our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.

You will:

- Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems is always maintained in accordance with instructions
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Use Microsoft Office to enter data
- Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
- Perform high speed scanning of records
- Manage post-processing of scanned images
- Perform quality assurance

If you are successful for this role, you will need to undergo a police check.
