**The Position**

**St John of God Murdoch Hospital** has an excellent reputation, and benefits from being located in the fastest growing area of Perth conveniently positioned next door to the State’s flagship Fiona Stanley Hospital.
- We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated
- **Recovery Coordinator **for our Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit.
- You will be responsible for managing the daily staffing of Recovery and communicating any changes to ensure lists proceed as scheduled with mínimal disruptions and delays, taking action to resolve problems as they emerge.
- This position is being offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 48 hours per fortnight.

- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Midwife.
- Relevant post registration experience in a perioperative care setting (Recovery/PACU).
- Demonstrated organisation and communication skills.
- Well-developed relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in supervising caregivers.
- A proactive mindset and the demonstrated ability to solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Well-developed skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving.
- A commitment to personal ongoing education and professional development.
