**How will I help?**

You will be responsible to ensure the design system provides maximum value and ROI to the organisation; and that value is provided to all design teams as well as developers, business stakeholders and partners such as Technology, Brand, and Access & Inclusion.

You will also be responsible for:

- Understanding the needs of Digital, Brand, and Technology partners through engagement (CX and Service Design activities) and creating strategic value based on those needs
- Developing, maintaining, and socialising scalable processes which improve workflow and efficiency between Digital, Brand, and Technology partners
- Collaborating with the Product Manager to create the product roadmap using CX, Design Thinking, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies (or combination of)
- Conducting user research and analysis activities to inform the product strategy in line with our user and business needs
- Facilitating requirements gathering, co-design and feasibility exploration to ensure our design system delivers true global solutions
- Producing UX/CX/Service design deliverables. This may include, but is not limited to, sketches, scenarios, storyboards, journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, UI flows, interactive prototypes.
- Writing eloquently and document work for both educational and historical purposes
- Building and maintaining partnerships with Access & Inclusion, Risk & Compliance, and Innovation to ensure we are meeting our compliance commitments
- Driving and socialising scalable system-level thinking within the organisation

**What do I need?**
- 7+ years of customer centred design experience and end-to-end delivery
- 2-3 years in a senior enterprise or government role
- Strong stakeholder management and proven experience influencing stakeholders
- Experience creating and evolving processes and systems to support customer centred design practices
- Experience working in design projects with multi-disciplinary co-located or remote teams
- Building and evolving design capability either for agency or in-house
- Working knowledge of front-end markup: HTML/CSS/JQuery, and React.
- Native mobile design experience (Android and/or iOS)
- Ability to deliver finished design with annotations (visual design mark-up)
