CRM Functional

**Role**: CRM Functional & Technical Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a well-rounded Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM specialist who’s just as comfortable running workshops and gathering requirements as they are configuring the system, building workflows and writing code.

This role is ideal for someone from a consulting background who enjoys hands-on technical work, engaging with the business, and supporting a stable CRM environment.

**In this role, you’ll contribute by**:

- Own BAU support and system reliability across Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, Events)
- Gather requirements, design smart solutions, and bring them to life with workflows, plugins, and customisations
- Lead workshops, talk to users, and make informed decisions on solution design
- Use tools like Power Automate, JavaScript, and Power BI to enhance functionality

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5+ years in a similar functional/technical CRM role
- Strong Power Automate and JavaScript experience
- Skilled in form design, workflows, and customisation
- Confident communicator and documentation pro
- Logical problem-solver with solid troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CoPilot Studio, Azure, Logic Apps, and SAP integration is highly advantageous
- Knowledge in Power BI, Power Pages, Fabric architecture, and Customer Insights is beneficial
