**About Toowoomba Grammar School**
Toowoomba Grammar School was founded in 1875 and is a member school of the Great Public Schools Association of Queensland (GPS). It is an independent non-denominational day and boarding school for boys with a total enrolment of 1,200 from Preparatory to Year 12. There are approximately 300 boarders in the School coming predominantly from throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory. The School’s campus covers 20.5 hectares and is located one kilometre from the centre of Toowoomba.

**About the Position**
The Aquatic Centre Administration Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for our Aquatic Centre customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. This role includes providing exceptional customer service to visitors and assisting in the coordination of Learn to Swim programs. The position offers 30.4 hours per week, with workdays scheduled on Tuesday through Friday, year-round.

You are a customer-focused and organised individual who thrives in providing a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors. As the primary point of contact for our Aquatic Centre customers, you excel in delivering exceptional service and enjoy assisting with the coordination of programs like Learn to Swim. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, you are comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour. Your availability to work 30.4 hours per week, on Tuesday through Friday, reflects your commitment to the role, making you an ideal fit for this year-round position.
