**About the Role**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Engage with residents to curate a social and wellness program that builds on Community
- Provide a high level of customer service to all residents, guests, and community members
- Financial management including budgeting, profit and loss and reporting
- Coordinate the effective management of the onsite team, including grounds and maintenance, cleaning, and administration staff
- Manage the health, safety, and compliance requirements of the Community
- Ensuring the Community presents to a high standard
- Support the Construction and Development teams with new homes delivery, installation and or the refurbishment process of resale homes
- Establish relationships within the local Community to benefit the residents of Hervey Bay.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to educate them about our selling services, ensuring high conversion rates and the success of resales.
- Act as the selling agent and advocate for customers, providing guidance throughout the selling and buying process.
- Engage with residents to curate a social and wellness program that builds on Community.
- Conduct property/community tours and provide information to interested buyers about available homes and amenities.
- Full management of all operational aspects associated with the Community.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all residents, guests, community members, and potential buyers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the CRM database with active resale listings and buyer information.
- Negotiate offers, counter offers, and contract terms on behalf of vendors to secure the best possible deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Coordinate the effective management of the onsite team, including grounds and maintenance, cleaning, and administration staff.
- Manager a team with positive outcomes.

**About You**
- Experience in real estate, hospitality management, or aged care
- A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirements.
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices
- Ability to identify problems and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve the issue
- Demonstrated capability and experience in the management of maintenance of buildings and grounds is desirable
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations
