At Caboolture Sports Football Club, we're proud to be one of Queensland's biggest and most inclusive football clubs, home to thriving MiniRoos, Academy, Community, and Masters programs. You'll be part of a passionate, supportive team that lives and breathes the game, with the opportunity to shape the future of community football across our club.

We're looking for a Head of Community to oversee and grow our community football programs, including Juniors, Seniors, and Masters. You'll be the driving force behind our matchday operations, community initiatives, and player engagement, helping us deliver football that's well-run, inclusive, and full of energy.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the delivery and administration of your community programs, making sure every player, coach, and volunteer feels supported and part of the team.
  • Oversee matchday operations so everything runs smoothly on and off the field.
  • Build strong communication channels with players, parents, coaches, and volunteers.
  • Coordinate community development programs that connect the club with local organisations and the broader community.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to keep our football operations aligned and efficient.
  • Assist with the delivery of community engagement events on behalf of CSFC.

About you:

  • You're organised, energetic, and love working with people.
  • You have a strong understanding of football operations (or sport management in general), and you know how to make things happen, from game day logistics to community outreach.
  • You're also a natural communicator who can bring people together and keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in sport operations, community sport management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence leading and supporting a team of volunteers and program team members.
  • A genuine passion for community football and player development.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings during the football season.
  • Currently hold, or be eligible to hold, a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Sports Management/Administration Degree.
  • FA Coaching License (C/B/A) is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience working in a football club.
