We are searching for 2 tech savvy, ‘personality plus’ people, with strong admin & numeracy ability to take on a role with either part or full time hours. Based in the After Sales & Admin depts, every day will be different;
- Sales administration
- Reviewing work orders including parts, labour and associated costs
- Data entry & coding
- Managing the invoice process
- Rectifying system errors and ensuring Service process is followed
- Processing credits and rebates
- Checking GST and Tax calculations
- Closing service jobs upon competition

You will need;
- Excellent Data entry accuracy
- Computer/ software savvy
- An eye for detail and an interest in numbers and figures
- Ability to liaise with various depts within the Co.
- Experience or interest in Fitness, Equipment or related sectors is a distinct advantage
