Job Overview

Data Entry Clerk is a critical role responsible for accurately processing orders and maintaining documentation of order processing and warehouse selections.

This position involves working with ERP systems, verifying order details, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders received via electronic formats, ensuring accurate input into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Verify all order details, including product types, quantities, and specifications, to avoid errors.
  • Work efficiently to handle a high volume of orders daily while maintaining accuracy.
  • Select the appropriate warehouse for order fulfillment based on proximity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and the data entry team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Address discrepancies or issues with orders promptly, escalating to the manager when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of order processing and warehouse selections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years of data entry or order processing experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) or warehouse environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience working with ERP systems or similar software is preferred but not essential.
