**About the role at Mediabrands**

The Learning & Development Coordinator role is primarily focused on building engagement and impact via our communities to benefit culture and employee experience.

The Learning & Development Coordinator sits within the People, Culture & Talent team. Working closely with our Chief Culture and Communications Officer you will support the learning and development communities, diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives and culture programmes in the brands across the organisation.

This is a role with true purpose, designed for someone whose desire is to enhance community culture and engagement, adding your own flavour to the learning approaches and offerings, and supporting our people to get the most out of their experience working for Mediabrands.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Learning and Development Coordination - Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs
- Learning Design and Execution - Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities, in order to meet business needs
- Learning and Development Strategy Development - Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals to the organization’s vision and strategy
