Australian British Food Holdings Pty Ltd is a market leading sausage, burger and smallgoods manufacturer with processing facilities in WA, NSW and QLD suppling the national retailers with brands such as The British Sausage Ham & Bacon Co, Peppercorn Food Company, Roccos Butchery, Tradition Smallgoods and Caves Road Farms.

The growing business prides itself on quality, customer service and innovation and is seeking a suitably energetic and experienced production manager for our smallgoods site in Palmyra.

**Principal Duties**
- Work with the Site Manager to manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the site including goods inwards, production and load-out.
- Assist with procurement and production planning.
- Work with the QA Team to ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Be a visible presence on the production floor and help with staff training.
- Actively promote a safety and customer-first culture.
- Reporting to the Site Manager.

**About You**
- Experience in meat or food manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in smallgoods - ham & bacon manufacturing highly desirable.
- Qualified Butcher an advantage.
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
