**The Role**

We need to tell the world about our exciting endeavours by sharing our stories with an internal and an external audience. In this new role for the company, you will take the lead on our Communications Strategy assisting in positioning our respective brands in the relevant markets and keeping our valued staff consistently informed.

Our businesses are led by inspirational business leaders and our teams are made up of seasoned professionals. Our people are involved in a whole range of community and industry events and we need our stories shared in a professional and consistent manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying and delivering on proactive media and communication opportunities to deliver on CPMG brand positioning and key messages.
- Creating and curating content for internal and external audiences.
- Providing internal and external communications support and leveraging opportunities for our diverse network of sponsorships and partnerships.
- Creating strategies and delivering communications which support the recruitment and retention staff.

**You**

The successful applicant will possess demonstrable experience in a similar role in a corporate communications function. You will be an astute writer with the ability to temper your message for the target audience utilising all of the modern and traditional tools available.

Complementing your experience, you will likely have tertiary qualifications in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations or similar.

This is a key role for our business which will see you working closely with Board Members, the Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Team.
