**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**This role is a Permanent full-time position based in our H/O in Wangara, Perth.**

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced **Learning & Development Advisor** to join our dynamic team. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.

**Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Conduct assessments to identify training needs across various departments;
- Collaborate with leaders and employees to understand skill gaps and development opportunities;
- Design engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules;
- Create instructional materials and resources that align with organisational goals;
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional techniques;
- Ensure a positive learning environment and adapt delivery methods to meet diverse learning styles;
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding career development pathways and opportunities;
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards;
- Assist in the development of mentorship programs and leadership training initiatives;
- Support the creation of a safe working environment across all offices and projects
- Liaising with and building effective relationships with Registered Training Organisations (RTO), Education Providers, External Training Providers, TAFE & internal/external clients.
- Oversee and support the refinement of company processes, policies, and procedures for continuous improvement.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a learning and development role, preferably within a corporate environment within Construction/Mining industries.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
