**Marketing & Communications Associate
**About The Role**

A great opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Associate to be part of our global marketing and corporate communications team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will play a vital role in shaping our internal initiatives, enhancing our storytelling capabilities, and fostering a sense of unity and connection within our global team. Your work will predominantly involve internal engagement activities. There will also be a smaller focus on supporting our external corporate communications team in media and analyst relations, social media, and community management efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and craft compelling stories, ranging from business updates and strategic communications to cultural celebrations and individual narratives. Bring these stories to life visually and share them across internal social channels and our TV channel.
- Support the Director in ensuring brand compliance across documents & materials and contribute to keeping the brand fresh and relevant.
- Assist in designing frameworks for global and local events, both physical and virtual, to foster team cohesion and engagement.
- Analyse program data and provide monthly and quarterly reports on key initiatives to demonstrate improvements in engagement across channels and the business.

**About you**

You will bring one to three years’ experience in internal or external communications function within an in-house or agency environment. You are a strong writer with exceptional communication skills and have a passionate about storytelling, people, and culture. You are creative and can engage with individuals from diverse cultures. You may also have:

- a keen interest in technology and the ability to effectively convey complex information related to our industry sectors.
- basic skills in graphic design, videography, and photography.
