**Additionally, the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist will**:

- Be the primary focal point for interface with the CTC HSE and ABU co-located IT data and insights team, providing HSE functional SME knowledge to help prioritize work scopes.
- Be a digital champion collaborating with digital advisor in identifying initiatives for digital innovation working close with teams across HSE, assets and stakeholders
- Sustain and Implement HSE citizen development solutions (e.g. Microsoft power platform software)
- Liaise with the enterprise HSE digital team, representing ABU HSE interests in enterprise-wide solutions
- Act as the focal point for QAQC and support for monthly and asset metrics reporting
- Act as the HSE focal point for Solomon’s LNG benchmarking and other benchmarking initiatives

**To be considered for this role, applicants should have**:

- In-depth understanding of HSE data, the value it brings and how it is used within the business unit.
- Understanding and experience in analysis and reporting, preferably with HSE experience and knowledge
- Experience in the development of citizen development solutions using the Microsoft power platform including Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps (Essential)
- Technical & functional knowledge blended to support and troubleshoot system workflow problems, based on the knowledge of both HE functional and system experience.
- Demonstrated communication, facilitation and influencing skills with internal stakeholders across functions and assets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface and engage with business unit and enterprise stakeholders to initiate, deliver, and sustain HSE systems and OE reporting processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of data warehousing / Azure data bricks is a bonus
- Fosters cooperation & collaboration among individuals and groups; solicits ideas and input with an open mind; serves as a role model for integrity and trust
