Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a **Senior/HSE Advisor** to join our long-term lithium project in South West WA region on a 2:1 DIDO roster.

Reporting to the Lead HSE Advisor on site, the Senior/HSE Advisor will assist in maintaining HSE systems, schedules and data to support the delivery of safe projects, along with proactively encouraging a positive HSE culture across the company.

**The tasks you’ll perform**:

- Coordinate and report on HSE performance across all Projects and offices
- Provide regular relief HSE support to sites as and when needed
- Conduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendations
- Monitor audit schedules and corrective action items for closure
- Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management within INX
- Facilitate project risk assessments
- Align HSE Management Plans and training packages to client/project requirements
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)

**The expertise you’ll bring**:

- Certifications or qualifications within the HSE / OHS space
- Experience in **EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner** is desirable
- Experience in **SMP/Construction**:

- Considerable HSE experience in a previous engineering / resources related environment
- Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
- Well-developed technical writing and verbal communication skills
- A desire to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project and office personnel.
