**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a highly motivated HSE Advisor to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of effective health, safety, and environmental strategies. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will play a crucial role within the business.

**What We Offer**:

- Full Time Position | 8:6 Roster
- An opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic team environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and lead all personnel to ensure safe work practices are understood and implemented
- Must have strong communication skills as you will liaise with Client and Contractor HSE
- Complete field interactions and audits, provide onsite support and Investigate incidents

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, as a minimum
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is deemed highly advantageous
- ICAM Investigation Training is desirable
- Current Australian ‘C’ Class Licence, or above
