**My Gateway** is looking for a business administration trainee who loves to provide exceptional customer service

Our client, Midac batteries, is based in Smeaton Grange and manufacture its own line of batteries for a wide range of industrial, commercial, automotive and agricultural use. In Australia the company's main business is supplying batteries for forklifts and pallet jacks used in distribution centre's, warehouses and factories. Midac also provides after sales services for their customers.

As part of this traineeship, you will complete a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business Administration** while you gain on-the-job skills and experience.

Some of the duties include:

- Process customer orders, invoices, credit notes in line with customer requirements.
- General quoting and costings of customer orders/jobs.
- Generate packing slips/invoices as per customer requirements to accompany goods for dispatch.
- Other duties as required

To be considered, you will need to possess the following:

- have aspirations of building a career within Midac's business.
- A genuine desire to achieve customer service excellence.
- The ability to work well with in a team environment, whilst maintaining the imitative to work autonomously when required.
- have a keen eye for detail and the capacity to following company policies and procedures.
