**Help the Institute to cure every child of cancer by leading our engagement with individuals, via corporate channels, to achieve financial and non-financial KPIs. You will ensure program continuity through fiscal administration, planning, innovation, efficacy, & continuous improvement in developing & delivering an array of projects, as part of an agreed annual business plan.

With the support of the HO Individual Relationships, you will be the chief advocate for engaging supporters via the workplace and work collegially with stakeholders. Codesign a strategy that delivers the “Journey of One”, by strengthening our brand, growing our supporter base, and increasing lifetime value from standard to mid value donors, secured via corporate channels.

The Individual Giving Lead will deliver first-class corporate engagement and thorough pipeline management processes, prioritising 86k for a Cure, driving a workplace giving, and supporting other bespoke staff engagement initiatives to achieve sustainable growth of our supporter base. Work proactively with the IG Lead - P2P & Community to provide value-adding insight to the business development of 86k for a Cure and other commercial partnerships enabling peer-to-peer fundraising.

In consultation with external corporate partners and the Institute’s Brand, Campaigns and Individual Giving and Corporate Partnerships Teams, develop targeted propositions and a portfolio of engagement tools and resources to ensure supporters are acquired, feel ‘known’ and ‘connected’. deepen their connection to our mission, by learning about our science. Safeguard best-practice relationship management to supporters, through every touch point and experience.

.**Responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the codesign of a current and coherent business plan that demonstrates how the Journey of One strategy is to be implemented to achieve agreed growth KPIs relating to corporate workplace engagement.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure corporate activations and events strengthen our fundraising program, brand, and build our value network.
- Design customer experiences that connect to provide transformational journeys and ensure our supporters find purpose and fulfilment in their support of our mission
- Drive a continuous improvement and innovation strategy
- Manage stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered to agreed timelines and budget
- Support for implementation of the data management and analytics required to support Journey of one
- Development of pipeline planning through leveraging Salesforce to enable effective income forecasting.
- Pro-active Support for the implementation of the technology required to deliver Journey of One e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Automation
- Contribution to development of data analytics to create reporting suite that provides effective and timely guidance to business decisions
- Leading the narrative and value of corporate engagement as a channel for mass market fundraising
- Foster a harmonious and collaborative team culture and support the REDI vision - respect, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

**Experience and requirements**

Essential skills/experience:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in either the not-for-profit or commercial sector generating net income through strong relationships, corporate partnerships, events, campaigns, and effective customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and problem solve to successfully deliver concurrent projects and priorities
- Experience collaborating to deliver a cross-functional fundraising or commercial strategy.
- Advanced analytical interpretation & problem-solving.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Demonstrated capability in fundraising/sales, stakeholder, and financial management
- Ability to use Microsoft suite

Desired skills/experience:

- Degree level or equivalent qualification in a business, marketing, or relevant field with demonstrated capability in fundraising/sales,
