Talent International is searching for experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our client, a leading logistics company based in Fortitude Valley on a 6-month contract.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the coordination, resource management and delivery management for all Integration and Application Development work (projects, improvement requests and support).
- Allocate incidents to resources and monitor service request delivery.
- Manage the test (unit/UAT) and change management processes.
- Maintain positive and consistent communication with business stakeholders.
- Act as the first level escalation for roadblocks, issues and incidents.
- Scope and estimate work in the pipeline or allocate resources to do this task.
- Manage the work ingestion process across the Integration and Application Team.
- Encourage and maintain adherence to accepted work processes across the Integration and Application Development team.
- Manage Jira/Confluence across teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Ensure ceremonial meetings are held and attended by the broader team.
- Ensure compliance to developer documentation, release management, release notes and other artefacts.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 3- 5 years previous experience in a Scrum Master role in a large and complex information technology organisation.
- Professional Scrum Master qualification is highly desirable.
- High level of demonstrated experience working as a Scrum Master to successfully deliver desired business outcomes, in a large and complex organisation.
- Experience working with non-Agile team members and stakeholders.
- Possess conflict resolution, conversation skills by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
- Ability to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.
- Experience in Agile Coaching is desirable but not mandatory.
- Skilled in ability to shield the team from outside distractions and interferences.
- Ability to track and remove impediments.
- Experience managing Scrum activities using JIRA and Confluence tooling.
