For over 70 years this privately owned food organisation has been providing branded and private label packaged products including oils and spreads to major segments of the market including Retail, FoodService, Baker, Ingredients and Export.
Their products are sold through major retailers and key distributors Australia wide and also exported to may part of the world including Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
They pride themselves on a partnership approach with their customers across varied manufacturing processes and their reputation is built on providing outstanding and seamless customer service
**The role**
***
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager this role is totally responsible for all of the sales administration for the business including pricing, credit and information requirements.
These include;
- Reconciliation and processing of customer claims
- Maintenance of pricing across all business areas
- Sales reporting as required
- Maintaining the customer data base
- Processing of all month end and quarterly tasks
- Respond to all customer queries
- Provide monthly sales reports to customers and internal management
