**What you'll be doing**
- Supervising and coordinating the restaurant floor staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Scheduling staff to maintain appropriate coverage during peak period
- Addressing customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Participating in the ongoing training and development of the restaurant team
- Assisting the restaurant manager with administrative tasks and special projects as required

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and staff

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
