Nelson Alexander Commercial is one of Melbourne’s fastest growing commercial agencies. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our dynamic team and take a key role in managing an established portfolio of inner city commercial, industrial and retail properties. Our office is located on vibrant Gertrude Street Fitzroy. You will be well supported by a leasing team, experienced head of department and hands on directors.

This role would suit an experienced Commercial Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager within Commercial ready to step up.

**The Role**:

- Managing your own dedicated portfolio of properties with both administrative support and a dedicated assistant.
- Build quality relationships with landlords and develop strategies to enhance their investments
- Monitor and manage lease obligations. E.g. arrears, lease renewals, estimate of outgoings
- Full time position, Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30pm

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Commercial Property Management
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Enthusiastic with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships
- Possess advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hold an Agents Rep certificate, Cert 4 in Property or Estate Agents license
- Hold a current driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle
- Salary dependant on experience
