This traineeship will see you assist and support the safety team with the administration of all safety practices, procedures, and projects. If you are considering a long-term career within work health and safety or administration, this is the role for you

Across 12-months you will work fulltime alongside experienced supervisors, gaining hands-on industry experience and receive paid study towards achieving a nationally recoginsed
**Certificate III in Work Health and Safety.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing enquiries, delegating where necessary
- Update and maintain safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety inspections and identify workplace hazards/risks
- Assist with workers compensation and rehabilitation claims
- Provide additional administrative support as required

- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Thrives working within team environments and independently
- Great time management and multitasking skills

**Role Requirements**:

- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficient technology skills including Microsoft Office
- Exposure to the construction industry (desirable)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
