**As the Clinic Manager of LCA Richmond, your role will be to oversee all areas of clinic operations and to ensure the team and business is performing above standard. **

**About the role**:

- Leading a team of beauty therapists in an energetic, supportive and encouraging small family business
- Building a successful high-performing team with a great atmosphere and culture
- Planning and driving operational and retail excellence 
- Recruiting, inducting and training new staff
- Coaching, supporting and mentoring your team
- Reviewing performance data (financial, sales, and activity levels)
- Promoting marketing campaigns 
- Skin, laser and Skinstitut expert 
- Upskilling team in specialist product knowledge
- Rostering, reporting and day to day management of the clinic
- Full-Time position with 3 days off per week

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience performing laser hair removal, advanced laser (including vascular, pigmentation, flushing, tightening) and skin treatments (skin needling, microdermabrasion, peels) - essential
- Management experience or Senior Therapist experience in a clinical environment - highly regarded
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge and ability to drive clinic sales and therapist KPI's. Develop training and career development plans for therapists
- Hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science
- Superior customer service and focus on achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture 
- High level of computer literacy
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
