**Program Manager**
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a niche small business based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in the heart of Manly.
**THE ROLE**
- Manage overall logistics and detailed set up of essential components for successful arrival and settlement in Australia.
- Arrange and coordinate short term accommodation for arrival within budgets set
- Arrange arrival Transportation and ensure all additional transportation details arranged including local travel cards
- Confirm and arrange additional necessary resources required for deployment
- Maintain communications with all program stakeholders including travel agents / landlords / employers/ Account Managers and deployment consultants
- General administrations and financial tracking
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- You will have up to 5 years administration experience in fast moving environment
- You will have a positive ‘CAN DO’ attitude with self initiative
Exceptional written and verbal skills with attention to detail in all communications
