**What’s the role?**

Reporting to the Digital Director and working closely with the Content Director and Content Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the social and audience strategy for _delicious._, leading the day-to-day management of all platforms and producing engaging, high-performing content that resonates with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
+ Manage the daily scheduling, publishing and optimisation of content across all major social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, and gain familiarity with additional audience engagement methods including eDM.

+ Conceptualise, shoot and edit short-form video content—from recipes and food trends to contributor highlights, venue features and behind-the-scenes access

+ Design and develop social-first assets and templates that reflect the _delicious._ brand and help drive consistency across platforms

+ Write clear, concise and engaging social copy and captions, tailored to each platform and aligned with editorial tone

+ Collaborate closely with the editorial, design, marketing and sales teams to align social content with broader brand initiatives and campaign priorities

+ React quickly to timely opportunities, including filming or capturing emerging food trends, new venues, or contributor content

+ Drive new ideas and innovative formats, contributing to series development and testing new approaches to social storytelling

+ Monitor and report on performance analytics to inform strategy and refine output

**Who are you?**

+ You have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar social media or digital content role, ideally within media, publishing, food or lifestyle

+ You are confident in all aspects of short-form video production, including shooting, editing and optimising for social platforms (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent)

+ You are highly proficient in digital design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to produce assets aligned to brand guidelines

+ You are a strong writer, capable of crafting copy that is clean, engaging and platform-appropriate

+ You are organised and methodical, experienced in managing content calendars and deadlines across multiple channels

+ You are passionate about food, dining out, drinks, entertaining, travel and lifestyle—and have a strong awareness of trends across these categories

+ You are a collaborative team player, confident working across departments and with external contributors

+ You have a data-led mindset, with experience interpreting social analytics to guide decisions and improve performance
