The North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Supporters Club is located at the northern end of world famous Burleigh Heads beach.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Club.

This role will be responsible for a range of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general administrative support.

This is a casual position, up to 3 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Support new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

Employee Records:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

HR Support:

- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Management Team.

Workplace Health & Safety
- Coordinate OHS training, inductions, and emergency response activities.
- Assist with coordinating scheduled Club maintenance requirements.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy - Microsoft office suite, workforce management software
- High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Show traits of personal drive and positively self motivate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $37.99 per hour

Expected hours: 17 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)
