The team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cafe Manager to join & lead our team in one of Melbourne's destination venues Rombe ,Burwood East

With a focus on creative, well executed dishes and stand out service, the right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead a team to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

Location - 70 Middleborough Rd Burwood East VIC 3151

This is a full-time position 5 days a week with a competitive salary.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:
A passion for coffee & food and customer service.

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar venue management role.

Strong all-round FOH skills.

A passion for creating the ultimate customer experience.

Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills.

A strong work ethic with the ability to meet and surpass KPIs.

Both an ability and enthusiasm to manage systems and software.

Current RSA Certificate.
