**Your opportunity**

The product manager will partner with business & product leaders to understand their strategy, needs and requirements (process & technology), in order to capture and prioritise demand to shape solutions and features to ensure business value is realised.

You will provide technology thought leadership and technical expertise to lead cross functional matrix squads to define and deliver product roadmaps and technology service delivery and performance within a given portfolio(s).

**You will have overall accountability for**
- Partner with the business, product and Technology leads to identify new opportunities to create value through design thinking to foster innovation and contribute to business case development
- Co-create the Technology strategy and roadmap that compliments and drives business outcomes
- Lead cross functional matrix Squads to bring together the appropriate parties to create solutions, facilitate prioritisation and delivery planning, ensuring the right team is in place to deliver
- Conduct consistent planning and prioritisation cadence for your Squads and Roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops to define journey maps, use case requirements, epics and stories
- Ensure technical troubleshooting and service performance improvement where required.

- Technology business partner relationship management
- Customer centricity, with business acumen and exposure to various business functions and models
- Product Management - full technology product lifecycle from new product and business case development, to delivery, roadmaps and retire
- Service delivery performance management
- Project / Delivery Management / Business Analysis with Agile experience
- Ability to recognise, understand and mitigate risks
- Ability to co-define and communicate Product vision effectively to senior leaders
- Establishing and managing squad/product objectives and performance metrics
- Service partner / vendor management
