**Sales Representative - With Growth Opportunities**

**Job description**

**We’re looking for a new team member with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for**:

- Managing existing & new opportunities - progressing the leads through the sales cycle.
- Maintaining our current client base & continuing to look for new client opportunities.
- Servicing Home Builders & their clients across NSW, ACT & VIC
- travelling 2 days per week, mostly day trips, with one overnight stay per fortnight

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have a bright personality and a ‘can-do’ approach
- Be conscientious with admin / CRM notes / preparing contracts and detail for production
- Be a good team player
- Be resilient and persistent
- driven to succeed
- Be efficient or willing to learn how to be
- Come with great references
- Track record of success in a sales role
- Have a great phone manner & ability to build great relationships with clients over the phone.
- Have a willingness to learn & work hard to get a result best for the team.
- Construction industry or trade sales background_(preferred, not essential)_

There will also be the opportunity of career progression and training for a hungry customer service person

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year + Commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
