**As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. Leading the overall worldwide market analysis for both the Bushmaster and Hawkei, you will leverage your background as an experienced and driven Defence industrial professional, focusing on both current and future requirements for these critical assets. Your passion will shine through and see you collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups as you achieve big things and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.**:
**Key responsibilities will see you;**:
**- **Playing a lead strategic role as you support both the development and implementation of the Bushmaster and Hawkei Product Strategy**:

- **Leveraging your background to support proposal / offer management and drive the overall future direction of Bushmaster and Hawkei vehicles within an increasing global market and diverse customer portfolio**:

- **Monitoring the market for future opportunities as you ensure robust relationships with key stakeholders and play a central role in a variety of customer interactions**:

- **Ensure business strategies in relation to current and future products meet customer expectations and other internal standards, especially in relation to Business Plans and other key strategic objectives**:

- **Liaise with a variety of key functional support areas within Thales including; Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Bid Management, Project Management and other senior Leaders**:

- **Staying across all advancing technology with a variety of current and future projects that will encompass a variety of upgrades to the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms, including evolution throughout the respective lifecycle, from feasibility study to product withdrawal**:
**How About You?**:
**- **Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with extensive Defence industry experience in a similar position/s**:

- **Previous experience in the development of Product Lines and/or Defence capability within a similar organisation**:

- **Well-developed technical knowledge with a proven ability to both interpret and communicate complex technical detail to a broad range of stakeholder groups**:

- **Proven ability to collaborate with varied internal partners and other specialist functions within a complex organisational structure and overall industry setting**:

- **Operates with high levels of integrity as you show previous success in achieving tangible results in support of business objectives**:

- **Well-developed project management skills with the ability to deliver against both operational and strategic priorities**:

- **Those with relevant additional post-graduate qualifications will be viewed favourably**:
