**The Opportunity**

Located at our Pork Processing Facility at Eagle Farm and reporting to the Value-Add Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate scheduling of orders for the week, distribution of goods to the correct parties and general office duties required by the production team.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and assist with the day-to-day operations of the Production department
- Assist with the ongoing objectives and targets of the Production department to ensure they are within budget and meeting quality standards
- Develop and supervise the Production team to foster positive and productive working relationships
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Assist with weekly stocktakes and compiling of the data
- Engage in meetings related to the ongoing operational requirements of the Production department related to planning, quality & safety
- Assist with any operational requirements as required
- Conduct probation reports and any performance reviews as required for all direct reports including setting goals and KPIs

**About You**

You will be a confident communicator, with experience from a food manufacturing environment, along with:

- Strong experience in a similar supervisory position
- A demonstrated understanding of the food production industry
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
