This is the perfect role for a recent electrical engineering/trade graduate or someone with previous electrical/ knowledge looking for a stable and rewarding career. Our Cadet program offers you a full-time role as part of our National Customer Service Team.

This role offers you the ability to gain unprecedented knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of both industrial and domestic electrical products as well as NHP's offering in the market. Servicing the some of the largest companies in the region, you will have the opportunity to work with every aspect of our business and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and products.

We see this role as a valuable entry point into our business and industry, you will learn from the best and get exposure to the NHP business.

We are seeking a go-getter who is enthusiastic and excited by this opportunity to learn and provide first class customer service throughout Adelaide and South Australia to a wide range of customers, from face-to-face to over the phone interactions, including electricians, wholesalers and some of the largest industry companies in the region.

This role will also occasionally involve Sales function activities, including face-to-face interaction with customers, to help with your ongoing development.

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Interacting daily with internal and external customers including; Electrical contractors and wholesales, end users, switchboard and original equipment manufacturers.
- Liaising with Sales Representatives, Application Engineers and Head Office staff
- Providing support and resolving issues including technical enquiries and placing technical orders

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you need to have the can-do attitude and customer service approach. Our customers are paramount and we pride ourselves in the way we service our clients. Electrical knowledge, understanding and previous electrical experience will be highly regarded.

**For you to be successful for this role, you will need**:

- A willingness to help customers and internal stakeholders
- Outstanding customer services skills
- A positive, proactive, hands-on approach; willing to help out where necessary
- Advanced computer skills and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Eagerness to learn about the NHP business and electrical offering
- Electrical trade experience / knowledge will be highly regarded
- Ability to adapt, learn and focus on the best result for the team and customers creating good outcomes for NHP and our customers
