We are looking for an experienced Customer Contact Officer to assist us with an inbound customer service project for a leading Health Insurance Provider
This role is based in a state of the art CBD office and supported by experienced leaders. Customer service and/or Inbound Call Centre experience would be beneficial for this role.
The position will allow options for both Casual and Full Time Fixed Term contracts and is based on a rotating weekly roster.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Excellent in customer service
- Experience in a call center environment with excellent English communication, listening and organizational skills
- Able to solve problems and work as part of a team
- Ability to grasp new learnings quickly
- Complaint handling experience is an advantage
