**Your roles and responsibilities**
Availability and willingness to take on extra shifts when requested
- Proven resilience handling difficult situations over the phone
- High levels of adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to work in high paced environment
- Good customer service skills, willingness to help
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to follow procedures and processes
- Ability to navigate through various systems on the computer - CRM etc.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
You
**MUST be available 24/7** (this role includes day and night shifts)
- Demonstrated high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficient in using multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to convey complex information to diverse audiences
**What you’ll get in return**

- Competitive hourly rate, plus lots of overtime penalties
- Temporary contract for 12 months
- Minimum 20 hours a week (can be up to 40+ hours a week)
