**About the Business**
Our Community and Aboriginal Partnerships Division helps to build community safety and wellbeing by providing support and services to children, young people and families, including those involved with the youth justice system, remote Aboriginal communities, people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and people with complex and exceptional needs. The division also leads the department's Closing the Gap efforts.
**Role Details**
The Manager, Inclusion Support Program, is a role within the Exceptional Needs Unit and is accountable to the General Manager Exceptional Needs Unit, for:
- Leading the policy implementation of the Inclusion Support Program across the youth and adult population.
- Facilitating the development, implementation and governance of the Australian Government’s Living Safe Together Intervention Program (LSTIP) in South Australia.
- Provision of high-level expert advice and analysis at departmental, portfolio, whole of government and inter-government levels in regard to Countering Violent Extremism (CVE).
- Developing and maintaining high level productive working relationships with community stakeholders, clients and their families.
- Enabling the delivery of highly effective support, including awareness raising and capability building, to community, government and non-government service providers including specialist referral and intervention services.
